I prefer you to  supply your tiles and bathroom suite etc, you may be able to negotiate a better price with the retailer, don’t worry, I can still guide you on what to buy and I will take care of supplying all other materials relevant to the job.

I make a point of not leaving the job until finished.

No decision is made without your acceptance.

Progress report is made at the end of every day.

I am confident you will be pleased with the end product, so no payments are made until the job is completed and you are happy, with the exception of supplying materials such as bathroom suite and tiles, if required.

The pricing is flexible, as I am happy for you to complete some of the work yourself, such as tile removal etc.
